One Melo City is a small city that is next to the O-West Forest. Sometime before the story line the city built a statue of Siva in commemoration of him defeating the Dragon Ape. Sometime later the city was attacked by Lizardmen resulting in Keel and Lavi teaming up and starting their adventure.
